Which miner next hasn't yet got their funding and

has an IRR over 40% and an NPV over $250 million?  Only 1 in the world that I can find and that's Avnel Gold (AVK).  DFS just came out and hardly anyone noticed.  All that's needed for a takeover or funding is the ESIA, which is expected anyday.
