Premium Metric for KDX in takeover?

The Bison Gold directors circular to shareholders notes that the offer from KDX is at a premium of 131% over the August 1st quoted value.  The Bison Gold directors have recommended the offer from KDX.

If the tables were turned and instead of agreeing to pay a 131% premium for the purchase of Bison Gold, would KDX insist on a premium of 131% to KDX shareholders, if KDX were to be the target of a bid?

In the scenario of a 131% premium bid for KDX, the SP would be CS9.86 ........

So we are left with the big investors (like the ones that are probably maniplating the shares since February) to decide what they will accept. Bison Gold premium was noted as a wishfull thought ..... but the market premium will rule. As stated, the big investors will make a decision in their best interest.  There does not seem to be any merit in them manipulating the SP down since February.

Amidst the speculation and various scenarios here, I'm more inclined to think that JRaffles opinion is the most likely one....think what you will of Klondex management, they would likely go down screaming and kicking rather than take an unacceptable low offer and the same would probably be true of the "big" investors.
