I know people who are stunned when I tell them it's possible to make 6-7% annually on a hassle-free, low risk, liquid investment. I tell them this while we're enjoying a great meal at the Keg too.

I've been watching for a re-entry point, don't know why I've been waiting for so long. Was in Ottawa Hunt Club on Monday night, full lobby at 630.  They are short staff, particularly servers.
