Yep, it's not dilutive and the stock does not trade in volume so if they needed funds quickly, it was expedient, but costly for them and for us.

Here is what you seem to have missed. . The stock was riding on momentum and those of us who use that , understood the damage that was done thought the transaction.if they needed cash, there were other ways to do it. It's not fatal, but it ticks me off. Why you ask, I'm a trader. Now I'm a bag holder.

Happy to see your explanation. I'm a lazy BUY and Hold guy and have to make far fewer decisions than you . One of my more favourite quotes " “Everything works out in the end; if it hasn't worked out, it's not the end”
