appears on the surface to be a win-win deal for both companies...would not be surprised to see KL takeover Wallbridge down the road with the huge potential that Wallbridge is showing.  jmho

Seems like a smart move by Tony as the potential to add to the grades and overall resource for Detour looks great for relatively small price. KL has mill capacity at Detour I seem to recall. The rest of WM is becoming a monster in many respects but takes time to get a real handle on overall resource and how much it'll be worth....and whether KL will buy it. We have had a stink bid on WM.TO for a while. - But the price keeps going up [from C$1 to C$1.30-cents in the last two weeks]. - It seemed like a discount way to purchase KL. But now KL seems like a discount way to purchase WM. KL is 28.2% above its MA(200). WM is 46.0% above its MA(200). - Fear of Missing Out [FOMO]. - - Doesn’t Gregory Mannarino suggest that there will be a post election crash?  ...more

RJ (1) Whatever you buy in WM will be contracted by maybe 8 if merges into KL since it has over 500 million shares outstanding. Just like CRK symbol of fosterville in australia was contracted by about 8 or so before became KL with about 470 million shares outstanding at the time.  (2) Greg Mannarino says that if Biden wins there will be a temporarty crash reaction by wall street and other ...more
