Kl just shored up Agnico's debt with its cash lost its name and its sp went down while Agnico's sp went up and own less of the combined company than Agnico. Tony got a raise. Great deal for KL shareholders. Don't worry Buckaroooo. You don't own KL shares. Sean is waiting for his Starbucks.
