Who won Who lost?

Compare a 5 day chart of AEM and KL. And the winner by a mile is? AEM
Comment by SkyeCairns on Oct 01, 2021 11:33am
Thats because of the deal and KL's fall is greater than AEM.  Pick any other time period 1mo, 3mo 6mo 1 yr and KL is the WINNER.

You are correct .  KL was trading more at its FMV.  AEM had fallen off  highs for almost any longer time period.  Both will revalue higher as the merger starts to take place and the deal, with all of its synergies  gets digested by the market.

AEM dropped in price because of its large debt component. Kl was cashed up with no debt and had higher average grade for which it received NO PREMIUM. This deal has diminished KL's value and increased AEM values for those reasons. The only real premium given  was KL's CEO new salary.

If you don't understand that.Look above you on the bullboard at the current sp. Average grade now is a pathetic 1.53 gms per ton. That is why Detour's neighbour with much higher grades will be in play in the next six months. I hope all offers are refused and one of the architects of this deal is removed from Wallbridge's board.

Take a look at Agnico's sp Bucky it's going down too. The one you own is going down faster than KL. Keep pumping the deal . GLTAL
