Let me try and help you Bucky

What is the name of the new company. Kirkland - Agnico? Or just AGNICO Who will be the real decision maker and Boss. Tony Muzak or Sean Boyd SEAN BOYD. I like both FACTS, The problem is my wife owns KL stock not Agnico stock and Tony made a bad deal for KL shareholders. As a Wallbridge shareholder I am very happy.  keep trying to put a spin on it for your boss. Good evening

Currower, WM has about 800 million outstanding shaes, and producing nothing if I'm not mistaken. That is eventurally going to have to be share contracted if it is going to be taken seriously, ie attractive to purchase by someone, whether KL, AEM or whoever. Probably contract by 8 or so at first, for 1 share of the new outstanding amount of WM. Then it will be attractive as a take over ...more

Picky, picky, picky I didn't know things were so black and white, one extreme or the other, for you. No shades of grey. No assuming most could tell on what side WM's present market capitalization is on, value wise. And how to get to that value of WM most want to see. . https://seekingalpha.com/article/4441636-what-is-market-capitalization?gclid=CjwKCAjwhuCKBhADEiwA1HegOT1ojELzp6tuG ...more

Yeah, my point is, if you divided WM's 814 million or so shares by 9, it's price is bumped up to 9  X .50 = $4.50.  Something more respectable for a big major to gobble up. No major wants to add on 815 billion shares if the company doesn't have the production, value, cost savings, management, reserves to justify it. WM doesn't !!!!!!!! Any objection ??????? If so why ...more

Yeah,  neither is Bucconeer.  At least Currower's wife owns shares so he has skin in the game. Buc sold his shares and bought AEM (according to him) His presence here is suspect and I take every he says with a shaker of salt.

I also think the eventual combination of AEM and KL will be good for both companies.  I also believe that the deal is better and more important for AEM, which is experiencing a major downtrend,  than it is for Kl which is in an uptrend. I think KL shareholders deserve a small premium for their debt free cash and increasing gold reserves and 1% is not it. I can see why AEM shareholders ...more

Unfortunately the Institutional investors have both KL and AEM and think bigger is better so they'll vote YES IMHO.  Just a shame KL was a great company in two greate countries.

As you are constantly on  Wallbridge's board and also a non owner I can only assume that you are an apologist for KL or a demented troll. Machiavelli wouldn't consider your tactics worth analyzing. For the last time I know that this new Agnico will be good for shareholders in the years to come under Sean Boyd's leadership. However Kirkland Lake shareholders were badly represented ...more

Buccaneiro what you left out, to why gold is way under performing, yet we are in a so call legitimate economic and financial depression, worldwide. (((( A depression now  bordering on a greater depression due to worldwide shortages, massive gov'ts' spending on economies now, with from all of that, hyperinflation is about to ravage the world's peoples. The so called original ...more
