Dismal Finance Report - More Information...
You have all seen the precipitous drop in sales of 64% in the last two years. Why? Well, they blame it on a bad tank car market. How about the fact they have no field sales team calling on customers. Their competition is marketing their products and services at least twice a week on rail newsletters and has salespeople calling on customers. Kelso – nothing, crickets. The same goes for the truck products, with no sales or market presence. How can you protect your brand and grow your market share sitting behind a desk? Any smart business person knows being in front of customers is a basic requirement for business success. We do not have smart business people on the Board or in the executive ranks. We need smart business people and to get that, boot the Board and executive team to get real business people in charge!
