Shareholders Can Stand Up!

Well, the stock price continues to trend down.  Is anyone surprised?  I am not.  The voting proxies should be out soon.  Last year, management did not have a public annual meeting.  That is simply wrong and dishonest.  How can any shareholder go along with that?  Shareholders can send a letter or email to the company legal representative to demand that the annual meeting at least is on a virtual platform that will allow for “chat”.  That is what way many companies are doing annual meetings.
