Management got SIGNIFICANTLY better voting results this year than they did last year. seems like your crying fell on deaf ears here...

If you don't like what's going on here, tuck your tail between your legs, take your big red loss and all your waisted time here and get out. It will be so much better for your peice of mind and we won't have to hear all this whining, but by the results, you guys are ignored anyway.

Congrats JB on being a big winner.  I'm sure the vote was swayed/influenced by the stock performance over the last year, two year, three year and five year.  What a beautiful chart.  Down 80% 65% 50% another 50% and just off 10 yr lows, you and the gang deserve another year of stock options, failed ventures, warrants, great pay with no accountability..... you deserve it JB

Actually there are a couple positive items from the voting... You voted to approve 7 Directors, as usual....guess what...only 6 were voted back in.... Looks to me that Mr Hughes got the boot! And, the item of unallocated options got voted down....smart. So ha ha ha ha....got a couple laughs in also. Mr Hughes was the worst of the bunch....completely in it for himself and never bought a share
