Yeah, that was an absolutely huge bonus for K92, when Barrick agreed to accept $12.5 million instead of future payments totalling $60 million, as it came at a crucial time for K92, which was still early in it's mining operation buildup, and had (at that time) just undergone a phase of substantial share selling by their primary financier (Cartesian), as well as obligatory payments by K92 to
