Good corporate citizens and by the way, we had to close our offices for awhile due to tribal fighting, safety of our employees? Wouldn't that warrant a press release? Anyway seems minor and resolved but the geopolitical risks are one of the reasons this stock is so undervalued imo.

A signed MOA won't stop the tribal fighting but would reduce some of the risk associated with this stock.
