Perhaps Mr. Lewins should concentrate more on production increases rather than pleasing few ‘tree huggers’ with GHG targets. It is incredibly important to operate as efficient as possible & this to me implies environmentally conscious and respectful. But with all those studies it feels like KNT is in business of ‘saving the world’ and not mining.
I understand that this sustainability is a big part of doing business, as it should be however ‘climate change’ is NOT the focus here & I hope KNT knows what it is.

Anyone still talking about 'tree huggers' is living in a previous century.  All large businesses have a climate change strategy, even oil companies.  All the large gold companies , the respected ones anyway, have one.  It was high time K92 had one, as it moves towards being a major player.  And switching from diesel to hydro is eminently sensible, and good business ...more
