KNT Denver Gold Forum Sept 16, 2024

First, you can watch via YouTube or go thru X for the transcript that I read.
Not much new here except sept 16 comments are nearly thru the 3rd q.
Here are some bullet points:

1.) Operations in 2024 remain 120-140k AU eq oz but Lewins reiterated a
much better 2nd half as "well on track to meet guidance". Since they need
70k eq oz to meet the lower end of guidance, I assume they will meet 35k
in both 3rd and 4th quarter.---> also at August earnings verbiage, he did
state "70k plus" for 2nd half.
2.) Restated that in 9 months stage 3 commisioning would start with ramp
up and complete in one year (ie Sep 2025). Stage 4 commissioning in
2026-2027 which I read as early 2027.
3.) AISC remains in $1410-1540 range for2024... a little disappointing since the
AISC $1510 in 2nd q was the highest level since I started tracking knt data in 2020.
4.) When stage 3 reaches ramp up level, the AISC cost will drop below $600.
When stage 4 in place, AISC will drop below $500.
5.) Revised 2024 exploration from $15-20M to over $20M. Will focus on
Aracoma where 1 rig in January increased to 4 rigs now. In 2025, exploration may
increase to $40-50M.

Thank You tuesdaynightid  for the bullet points. A minor observation on Q2, 2024 AISC is that Gold Inventory build from 1,677 ozs. in Q1,  to  4,968 ozs.  at the end of Q2, 2024 will have "increased Q2, 2024 AISC, since ASIC is expressed as dollars per ounce of Gold sold. Ramp-up completed Stage 3 target-level in Q4, 2025 and associated AISC, plus exploration plan ...more

EIJ, You've focused on the key parameter...  AISC costs. I'm waiting for the end of the quarter for a final estimate on the Realized Gold Price  to provide a 3rd q price estimate. That estimate will be based on a spreadsheet involving 18 quarters back to start of 2020 looking at 8 different parameters. What stands out? When the differential between the realized  ...more
