Did KRN take/answer any questions during the AGM

I am curious about anything that may have been asked, but specifically if there was mention of the discussions they're having with potential Wynyard partners.

They mentioned in Q MD&A that they were in discussions with numerous potential partners and would provide an update on those discussions but the press release on the strategic review kind of backtracked on that.

I'd ask the info mailbox whether they would release an update in the future but have not had any response since Robin got ousted.

Pp, at the end of the day what does it really mean when a corporation reports they are in discussions with numerous potential partners?  Shareholders are becoming very wary of being updated on what the company intends to do, compared to what actually transpires as the treasury continues to deplete.   Here is a nitrogen update to shareholders comment May 14, 2018 in which can be ...more

In the Q MD&A  and strategic review release however, the language has been a bit more aggressive suggesting talks might actually be going on. It'd be nice to know what the exact status is. Do they ...more

Hi Pp All the greenfield potash hopefuls are facing hurdles right now, and as long as I have been invested in this company there have been reports of interested parties in discussions with Krn whether it be potash, magnesium or nitrogen. More so than ever before there is a four letter roadblock to Karnalytes progress if the past CEO's allegations in his Affidavit are accurate Those four ...more

Most definitely. There is no question to me that partnering with GSFC has been KRN's biggest mistake so far. GSFC is likely too broke to honor the off-take agreement and I would not be surprised if they put sticks in KRN's wheels at the last minute based off that. BUT there comes a point where potash prices are high enough to offset even that. Unfortunately we will miss the boat because ...more

And there in lies the biggest hurdle Pp   I am positive current management are doing all they can with what they have, but they themselves have reported they are trying to tighten the corporation’s belt, including selling non potash assets, possibly dropping down to the Venture exchange, etc.   That on top of comments that they believe potash will be in an over supply situation in ...more
