Value and Catalysts

Value:
•147 million tonnes of mineable (proven and probable reserves) of KCl. Which is $117.9B USD worth at potash price of $802 per tonne price (price as per Nutrien annual report)
•project is located in Saskatchewan which is the 3rd best mining jurisdiction in the world as per the Fraser Institute
•NPV from 2016 bankable feasibility study is $3.39B CAD or $80.39 per share for potash project

Catalysts
•revised feasibility study with higher IRR 
•buyout
•buyout of another potash company
•magnesium project feasibility study (pre-feas NPV is $512M CAD or $12.14 per share)

I enjoy the optimism, Nutrien is increasing production rapidly 1million tonnes in 2021, much higher for 2022, BHP mine is getting closer to production, massive production.  reminds me of the good old days when KRN started, $700 potash back then, last 10 years potash price has hovered between $250-350, will see how long the $800 sticks around

THat BHP Jansen is a big one. 4.5 Mtpa and global production is 69.2 Mtpa. Maybe geopolitics can help us though with 48% of the worlds potash production coming from Russia, Belarus, and China.

I really should have bought more of this thing. If it dips back down to $.60 or below Im gonna double my position. There are too many things that can go right with this stock
