take out target.

I dont see krn advancing this project nor do I see a joint venture.

But I do see a good possibility of a all share offer coming to the table.

Like they state. Construction ready.

Two bucks would be nice.

NPV (8% ) $3.39 Billion for all 3 phases (after tax) - that's basically the potential value of their mine or $60 SP at the current # of shares

hints as to what they will do reside in managements experience. Anyone know about Daniel Favreau's (CEO) experience? Looks like she hasnt done a lot of mine building or selling. I'd say they take this potash price run up to shop the company around to a new ceo. A new CEO would be a good catalyst as well. god dam there are so many good things that could happen to this stock.

I agree, GSFC made it clear they are too broke to finance the project, and I assume too broke to service the off-take agreement. They're looking for partners to both finance and develop/run the business which makes them nothing more than just another shareholder, so forget developing the project alone or a JV. And if you were to believe certain affidavits from litigation, GSFC would have all ...more

By the way, KRN states that its OPEX is $130-$140/t but that is a little misleading as there's stuff in there (like maintenance capex lol) which is not supposed to be and makes it look poor compared to others who boast about $60/t opex mines. Actual cash cost per ton is estimated at $83 including a $7.5 allocation for contingencies - still a slightly higher opex project than others but nowhere ...more

whats your average cost patos?
Comment by patospower on Mar 30, 2022 1:16pm
My cost basis is $.64 per share. By the way, the annual report is due tomorrow EOD. KRN never filed later than March 30 EOD so we might see it this evening. If not, let's hope the delay is related to include last-second subsequent events.
