In the upcoming AGM it will be incumbent upon the shareholders to restore the default configuration of the BOD with 3 Canadian and 2 Gujarat board members and then proceed with the financing of the mine

And therein lies the conundrum bk, as that very requisition could be put to a shareholder vote, and GSFC will carry that or any other vote as they hold almost 40% of the outstanding shares. When considering an 80% shareholder turn out would be a historical event, it will difficult to obtain a majority approval to restore a default as you state.  More importantly, shareholders need to find
