Shareholders may also join the Meeting in listen-only mode by webcast or conference call.

Shareholders joining the Meeting by webcast or conference call will not be able to vote, speak, or otherwise participate in the Meeting.

A Shareholder who does not attend the Meeting in person may submit questions to the Company in advance of the Meeting by sending an email identifying the Shareholder to info@karnalyte.com by 9:30 a.m. on June 17, 2022.

Shareholders’ questions will be addressed at the Meeting (subject to Shareholder verification by the Company and confirmation of the relevance of the subject matter).

Webcasting the AGM is actually a pretty big step in the right direction. It used to be like that every year under Phinney. The guy had nothing to hide. I hope they are doing this to clear misunderstandings and that it won't be a s**tshow. I also hope that if they do have reasonable answers to the tougher questions, that investors will be willing to listen and not just pound the table. But ...more

bk, not sure what you are expecting in the way of news, but rarely does an updated Technical Report  create mass market hysteria or shareprice increase explosions. Important to keep in mind this company has 1 employee, a virtual office, several outstanding lawsuits, a treasury that stands at less than a million dollars which is depleting with each quarter, and is controlled both on the ...more

I think the most likely scenario here would be a sale of the mine to some big player and this is why they're doing the technical update to make it more palatable. GSFC can sabotage the mine construction, but they can't prevent a sale

bk, GSFC can very likely stop any potential take out offer as it would require both board and shareholder approval to authorize any sale of the corporations only asset. GSFC controls both and it is hard to believe they would agree to hand over a potential gold mine in the right hands after working so hard for years to gain control of it Also, GSFC / Indian Government paid $45 million plus ...more
