Stealth is bitter because his board is being f*cked by some guy named Kawabonga. OILS won't have any cash left in the bank way sooner than LABS. Worst is, OILS signs year old contracts that do not produce any revenue at all. The guy is destroying LABS with facts. You guys should go read Kawabonga's comments, maybe have some popcorn ready to enjoy too.

dude, have you seen the overhead for oils. it's pennies compared to LABS. lol. I'm so scared of Kawabonga. Facts. LABS was 7 bucks and now 53 cents. lol.  Keep building those Australian Facilites. I LOVE IT! lol.

7 bucks is old news. The price right now is a perfect entry point its pretty much hit rock bottom. All the bad news and writedowns are out of the way and it should be upwards from here. Most weed stocks were way higher a year ago, they have had a reckoning this year but doesn't mean it cant bounce back in 2021. Look at all the deals in place Labs has. They are not "potential" deals ...more

You make a few good points, however the 36 million in cash I smoke and mirrors.  9 million of that if receivables from hexo that will never get recovered.  That leaves 2 quarters of cash at current cash burn.  There is also a 30 million dollar counter suit from hexo which is not included as a liability.  That alone could crush the company.  The deals that they have signed ...more

That counterlawsuit isn't worth much. It was mostly done to stall and delay the original one. Hexo actually considers it will pay at least a part of LABS debt. From Hexo annual filings: During the year ended July 31, 2020, the Company (HExo) recognized a $4,763 onerous contract provision related to a fixed price supply agreement for the supply of certain cannabis products. The supply ...more

Cash burn is not that high.     Cash flow from ops was -$6.9 mil.     Cash gross margin was -$2.8 mil.     Thus cash expenses are $4.1 mil/qtr per Q3.     Now factor in another $3 mil/yr cost cutting => $3.35 mil cash expenses/qtr.       Co. must generate $11 mil in revenue per qtr at 30% gross margin to break even.   ...more

Not so sure about that... Their cash position is dwarfing by at least 9-10M every quarter considering cash and cash equivalents  final totals and cash raised during every quarter. Operational cash flow is one thing, but there are other leaks. SG&A went down significantly in Q3, so that's good. The reason I doubt near term prospects is because intl revenues are dependant on product ...more

The right entry point is $0.25.  I think we will be there by end of year.
Comment by Lemoyne on Nov 27, 2020 2:29pm
Good luck with that. Someone just bought in huge. There are bigger sharks thinking otherwise.
