Definitely not a tax loss selling! Anonymous is selling continuously to keep the price low.. around 90% sell off was from anonymous today. Unfortunately, mgmt is sleeping with big chunk of cash in hand (I believe $35m at the end of Sep)

This is more likely than not to be tax loss selling. the stock has been only gowing lower this year. Almost every single person that bought in long term or missed his swing trade will look at LABS to dampen the profit they made elsewhere. @isfca, at the price point that huge volume sold yesterday and today, the underwritter is most likely losing money even with 10% discount. I doubt it's the

Last day for tax loss is Dec 28th !! Im a buyer here and going into 2021 for LABS !!! These actions, some of which were taken late in the third quarter, and others subsequent to the quarter end, will prepare MediPharm Labs for significant performance improvements in 2021 as revenue under new customer agreements ramps up.
