while the dillution sure sucks.  an institution is buying in and will want to make money so,  atrip back up to 1 dollar or more is likely.  ive seen plenty of biotechs do lots of offerings and still go up hugely.  POAI being a recent example.  not sure if the specifics of this offering are differnet than the ones they had.     unless theres some othere gresy backdoor way they plan on making bank while continuing to screw us.   i dont know not that smart, otherwise I woulda got out at .90 cents

The mgmt flockers have not done good by their shareholders over the medium term to be sure IMO. While they have executed their plans quite well, IMO, the types of financings have been just outrageous. We knew they needed some cash, so they went and got it.  But they now really need to prove they;re turning this around and making some positive gains. Who knows what Q4 will show, probably
