I would be really interested to know who owns the 50 million shares that Medipharm Labs issued during the last capital increase at the beginning of March.

I also think that Labs is a takeover target but only at what price... the current price is depressed and the true value should remain hidden

Hedge funds and insiders currently hold almost 44% of the shares, making a hostile takeover difficult.

My info says 18% institution, 6% insider...still difficult but you'd be surprised....either way happy to hold at 23c average.

In my calculation, the 50 million from the last capital increase, which are held by Mister X, are still flowing. And according to my current status, it is 20.03% Institution https://www.morningstar.com/stocks/pinx/medif/ownership

Thanks solid1...gotcha...def interested to know who owns that 50m.....to say a takeover possibility is bull when the market cap is almost the cash on hand is crazy on a company with years of legwork completed on the international stage. If the SP doesn't dramatically improve the sharks will roll inn with chumpchange..... I suspect they are already circling.

They can circle all they want, if they want to take over the company, they will have to buy out the market.
