Same thing happened when he was polluting Neptunes billboards with 40+ posts a day pretty much bizarre s##f. He returned on 3 or 4 occasions under different names. Obviously the moderators had enough.

Not strange at all. Has done this before he could be back now under new name. He also elevates his views for som3 strange reason saw one post after 25 minutes over 200 views that takes some doing. Try with your original post takes a while. The moderators pulled him
