Avicannas R&D headquarters is located in a J&J building in Toronto. I doubt J&J would allow a merger or acquisition to happen without them owning a piece of the pie in some way shape or ...more

The only way I see a merger with avicanna without dilution is if Johnson & Johnson gets involved.  J&J buys a 49% stake in Labs at 3x sales value. Which would inject us with $60 ...more
