How much would they pay to protect the 6.7 BILLION$$$ investment........measly little medipharm labs is the only threat to billions of highly profitable revenue through the sale of epidiolex and Sativex....I'm shure it's multiples higher than the present 20million canadian valuation given by the public market of a debt free 20+ mil cash on hand company....just ridiculous....

It's quite possible medipharm is not on the radar of JAZZ because they are one of many participating the the CBD REC market...a market JAZZ doesn't care to be involved in....I don't think JAZZ monitors all REC CBD companies...this Wednesday they will be startled to learn a small Canadian REC participant is actually a fully FDA globally certified cannabinoid pharmaceutical Corp

Wednesday LABS may submit a patent challenge to the FDA on Epidiolex...the review may take upto 180 days from filing...if successful, LABS, using the DEL and the now active FDA masterfile can ship it's CBD 100 formulation under a new name as a generic for Epidiolex...this is the only FDA approved cannabinoid based pharmaceutical in the U.S and is Pure CBD oil taken as such with a price of 1700

Insurers often only cover the cheaper generic form of a pharmaceutical unless they've negotiated a cheaper than generic price from the brand name...as soon as the generic form is available much of the prescriptions will automatically transfer to the generic by doing of the insurance corps paying for the pharmaceuticals...
