QF, to my understanding the Medical Marijuana and Cannabidiol Research Expansion Act  currently on the Presidents desk for signing is related directly to improving current R&D hurdles "If signed into law by the president, the bill “would eliminate the red tape that hinders cannabis research, opening the door for new, innovative treatments derived from cannabis,” The SAFE

When you go on the president Twitter account there is absolutly nothing about the Marijuana Act. So i think that we are many days away before he signed that bill.

s1, I guess that will depend on when that bill is actually received by the President.
