No they are responsible for the stock price, these wash trades between brokers can be done at any price of a stock so Labs stand at around $0,08 because this is what the market rate it based on the performance of management and the financial results.

It's not a question about what's reasonable its about what's legal. Wash trading is illegal and blatantly obvious with this stock.  if you disagree thats fine but if you think it's fine to wash trade you're dead me.
