Did anyone else here receive a 'voting instruction form' for

the June 29, 2023 meeting?  The only resolution I see on the hard copy form is for "Medipharm Share Issuance Resolution" and it's descriptive relates to the VIVO deal.   It's a bit confusing because the cover letter references the Special Meeting on March 21, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. but page 1 of the virutal meeting guide references a meeting date of Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

Yes same...someone made a mistake in the Mail room.

They sent out the wrong form of proxy for the June 29/23 meeting. Another one will have to be mailed out  so people can vote on directors and auditor.
