My personal question: What will come first, M&A activity or

the drug monograph?    I ask this because we don't have to wait for a drug monograph from the FDA for ANY type of M&A, including M&A activity with their global pharma partner.   With that said, anything could happen now at any time.

was amazed no one asked about ongoing trials, german/EU buissness, the Braziian stuff, and FDA response to the stuff sent after inspection

Where you on the call this morning? I think their direction was as good as you will get in a public co., across cost reduction, market opportunities, mergers acquisitions in right circumstances, and money from real estate sale and court case.
