Most of us here were thinking that this long awaiting settlement would have move the stock price and create some action, Zap 0 we are still stock at $0,08 and no buyers. Mid november with the 3 qrt result might move the stock price if not we will have to wait to 2024 with the year end results and finally the the results of the first completed clinical results, wishing that they sre good. Alleysome your target $0,20 by year end and $0,70 by july 2024 are very aggressive, future will tell us.

Considering recent developments, very conservative IMO, 70c that is, the share price isn't reacting, this is concerning, my biggest worry is a takeover, LABS isn't close to fair value yet, we should see a third party far reaching article highlighting accomplishments, and recent developments soon this is when correction will happen, no exposure yet, institutional investors are accumulating

Alleysome, that is something that i don't understand, if the potential of Labs is so great why nobody is knocking at the door to buy it at this level, this is mistery for me, even a JV doesn't seem to be in the box. ????

The fact that a mystery exists would indicate that something else exists creating the mystery in the first place.  Perhaps a question for their 'traditional global pharmaceutical partner' would be in order to help solve that mystery for you.    On another note, I think I prefer CDMO vs 'white label' ;-)

Well, to answer your concern, market already knew about 9m reward and it was built into the price already. So no surprise here.  With respect to Tilray, from the other someone's post, I am sure that lawyers do know their business and they know how to sign the contracts. I am sure that they would calculate the bio-mass at today's price and the delivery would be in agreed bio-mass
