LABS was never alone. If you want to know where LABS stands in the sector don't read their press releases, read their competitors' PRs. If you just read theirs you'll have this crazy notion that their SP is going to $20.

Starkicker, PLEASE provide the names of the companies that are FDA approved for providing pharmaceutical cannabinoid molecules because I honestly don't know of another company having those credentials.  I'm not doubting you but the CEO and a published article both said the same thing, only one in North America.   Please reference the Sept 7 press release from LABS and the

Hey S1i, to me, it's not which U S. companies have FDA approval, it's which ones don't need it. From what I have found at least 10 states don't require FDA approval for medical cannabis or derivatives. It's like a legal black market that will take a big bite out of marketshare. And also...recall what Pidduck said, many are operating within the guidelines of local state laws and not Federal regulations.   Not to worry at all because any major pharmaceutical company that is already registered as such with the FDA is NOT going to breach Federal law by selling a pharmaceutical drug at the state level while to trying to by pass the FDA...that's a suicude move

I just wouldn't underestimate the marketshare non-approved products can take up. Five years into legal cannabis in Canada and the black market still accounts for 50% of sales and continues to be the largest competitor to LPs. I used to watch a show about alien life that stated "We are not alone, we were never alone" but I forget what it was...lol.
