Given Pfizer wasn't on the cease and desist list from Jazz et al....it's not Pfizer....at least not in the context of the most immediate likely pharma announcement relative to epiodilex.... Might they have something else cooking with Pfizer....possibly, but if they do, it won't amount to a hill of beans just yet given where LABS is at in the trial process with their active ones.

You overestimate Jazz and its lawsuit.... The FDA's NCE expired this year, so Jazz no longer has exclusive rights as far as ingredients go. So if this is a new therapy, there's not much Jazz can do about it.

Agree 100% Solid There have been recent hints as to compound variations in CBD research, and I think those differences in the scientific realm may win the day where Jazz exclusivity / patents are concerned.  Epidiolex was the first FDA approved CBD ingredient drug, but that doesnt mean Jazz  / GW have locked up the entire industry forever, although I get the impression they would like
