Almost as if the folks at Labs are doing their best to stay of the radar, but why is that?

They had signed a contract for 3 years in may 2020, they is just a continuty of the agreement of 2020, and the 2023 agreement won't change anything for Labs. I don't see any other raison. There is no raison to keep a good news, any company that respect his shareholder will published a good news that will have a positive impact on the results of the company. The 3qrt result coming next week

Your commentary on the new 2023 agreement between LABS and Avicanna are incorrect.   The PR from AVCN clearly stated: 1) expanded strategic manufacturing agreement (higher volumes? more sku's? or both?) 2) Technology integration of SEDDS for AVCN as well as for LABS.   So in summary, it is not at all "just a continuity of the agreement of 2020".
