DEA descheduling from 1 to 3: Only applies to the

psychoactive component of THC if applied within pharmaceutical solutions. Everything LABS is waiting for in the immediate time frame be it drug monograph, ANDA, NDA, 505(b) from the FDA is not dependent on the DEA. Same goes for ANVISA and their Brazil partner.
