I agree..Verdemed doesn't manufacture API...Labs has the credentials for ANVISA application...Verdemed is the middle man and they're struggling financially..looking as mentioned for IPO and 5m private placement...Brazilian market like Australia is experiencing explosive growth 100+% yoy sometimes Q over Q..very exciting times.  Look forward to the Brazilian update..next PR I would

mdj, I was thinking about their IPO plans and in the environment of cannabis stocks in general.  The IPO could be a big flop considering how badly the "pot" sector was hammered and investor appetite just might not be there for an IPO as well as shorts piling onto it knowing it's a "pot" stock.   I wonder which brokerage firm will be doing the IPO for them and
