DEA will never give up control as they use weed as a weapon against all of us...

The DEA placed Epidiolex on Schedule 5 a long time ago, and every other generic drug is based on it, so the DEA's role in Medipharm's case is not very important. This should be taken into account

A generic refers to the ingredients and these consist of CBD and Epidiolex is a Schedule 5 drug And in this case, it does not need to be legalized! So far so clear

Minor correction: When CBD was legalized in 2018 via the Farm Act signed by Trump, all CBD became legal at the Federal level and could only contain a maximum of .03% THC. Anything above that limit and it was not legal CBD. So if extracting CBD from hemp plants, always good to verify it has no more than .03% THC.

Hemp CBD and CBD from it's parent plant 'the marijuana plant' are two different things, and I believe the number is 0.2% of which you are referring. Their two different plants mate. Almost identical but not quite as stated.

If Medipharm Labs' ANDA/NDA application is approved by the FDA, it no longer matters to Labs which schedule cannabis is in. Just like it doesn't matter to JAZZ/GW. One is the recreational market, the other is the pharmaceutical market. and pharmaceutical products are not comparable to the stuff you get in any supermarket...

Are you telling me beside weaponizing everything those monkeys can get their hands they also weaponized weed within the legal system....they are a thinly veiled facist regime.
