Scientific proof of it's effectiveness in killing cancer and last time I checked, the DEA was fully staffed with humans that are prone to cancer as well.    side note:  Pidduck, one of the lawyers took a 15 minute coffee break and we got billed for it.   Now please be cost effective....we're waiting here for the annoucement and we DO know.
