so here is a little tealeafe reading by me.....


coukld it be theat Pidduc and the rest of the execs grnted themselves those $.065 options for both last vand this year in advance because they are prohibited from buying on the open market seeing they have insider knowledge about whats going to come down the pipe regarding the partner and  the amount of money that will be generated this year????????????????

just a thought after drinking my tea...lol

The Ceo and all the insiders can buy all the share they want, like the insiders of any company the all know what we don't know.

s1, there is a little restriction called a blackout period preventing insiders from participating in share purchases if material news is imminent, or prior to the release of Quarterly and Annual Financials. In Medipharms case, insiders loaded up on RSU's, so those options are already as good as safely tucked in the bank account once vesting occurs. According to SEDI, they are not wasting any ...more
