It's looking like our Brazilian partnership involves a pharmaceutical...Labs already has two skus in Brazil...ANVISA GMP site inspection/certificate wasn't necessary to do this....XLR8 will obtain ANVISA Sanitary Product Authorization and undertake the process for final Product Registrations.

the Company entered into a supply agreement with a top-tier generic pharmaceutical company in Brazil in July 2023. Since signing the agreement, the customer has applied to ANVISA for a number of MediPharm produced cannabis product marketing authorizations. The receipt of GMP certification is a key milestone and critical required element of the rigorous ANVISA Pharma product approval process.

Key note..."cannabis product"....."pharma product"...LABS client has already applied to ANVISA for cannabis product authorization...the GMP certification is for the PHARMA product approval...

How many Medipharm products? Now that Medipharm has ANVISA approval, their customer, a large generic pharmaceutical company, can now start hitting LABS with purchase orders!!!    The same thing happened when the FDA visited Barrie by a request/filing from another 'traditional global pharmaceutical partner' only that the U.S. is not quite yet advanced in their cannabis
