Who will know first? Well look at the government as a

company with departments.  The DEA will notifiy the White House, FDA and NIH well BEFORE they contact the press for the annoucment.   The FDA will notifiy the submitter of the NDA and 505(b) before they contact the press as well.   I am saying the global pharma partner is Pfizer so Bourla will get the call from the FDA before it hits the news wires.  Why important to share this?

We might see a major announcement made regarding LABS and their traditioinal global pharmaceutical partner BEFORE any news is made public from the DEA.

This is NOT at all about rescheduling for recreational.  The request came from the White House, FDA, and NIH so it IS all about the pharmaceutical applications.     Matter a fact, once rescheduled by the DEA, they could reschedule it with a conditional clause and that conditional clause would be for PHARMACEUTICAL APPLICATIONS.
