A lot of distracting speculation on here for sure. Earnings report at the end of this month will be very telling. I',ll be very disappointed if Q1 earnings are under $20M after the last report teaser about EPS being positive lin Q4 2023.

Earning report will be out soon, you mention earning of $20m, i supposed that you mean revenue of $20m which i beleive will be under $10m for the 4qrt in my case and earning at $0,00. 2024 is still a very uncertain case. The way they handle the relarion with the investors is so bad it is hard to make us an idea of the future. Speculator here

Definitely no BIG NEWS coming here. Pfizer is not the partner, DEA probably won't approve as Schedule 3, and FDA has aleady approved LSD as a Breakthrough Therapy Drug for anxiety before cannabis gets approved., if ever. Germany is a bright spot with 220,000 medical cannabis patients but that market will take time. The reality is LABS is where it's at for a reason and it won't vhange

Real finance number will speak loud by the end of the month if they are better than expected by the majority if not we will be a $0,06 for a while again. Don't forget Labs is dead money since 2 years and has been on a downtrend since over 4 years. A lot of retail investors are unhappy here. We are all here to make money not to speculate which who they do business and waiting to a miracle.

They are more concerned with fair market value and what they can get out of this marriage. Having said that, you still have to read between the lines. I.e., almost 200K traded today. There was no such teaser. Their guidance was as such, MD&A Q1 2023:positive EBITDA and cash flow by first half 2024 MD&A Q2 2023: they removed any guidance because of uncertainty surrounding VIVO integration and restructuring costs taking more time and cash than anticipated. MD&A Q3 2023: they guided for positive EBITDA and cashflow "in 2024" your hopes for Q1 20m revs

So unless you know the future, you too are betting that there will be no surprise from Q4, 2023.  And to correct you, CEO anticipated by his comments that Q1, 2024 would be their first profitable quarter.   Footnote: Health Canada approves Epidiolex late 2023.

Nope, CEO never mentioned Q1 2024 specifically. And you're about to wake up from your dream about LABS surprising you in Q4 2023. I doubt revs go above 10M in Q42023. And even if they did, there would be no profitability. There is still gonna be cash burn and a negative EBITDA.

I'm not going to argue with you, CEO stated Q1, 2024 is their target for profitability.   I have no motive in lying.  I laid my claim in LABS with over 1.5 million shares as a long term shareholder.

I don't know about a world of hurt and disappointment...lol.  What a weird comment. Anyway, if you listen to the last earnings report at around the 28 minute mark if I recall, they do indicate positive cash flow as early as Q4 2023 and definitely by Q1 2024.

Nope they don't. I've listened multiple times to that cc and read the transcript. Nothing of the sort.
