Appreciate the context setting, and it's understandable the love for all things German now, however, LABS has had a seemingly strong foothold in Germany for a good many years. The issue isn't that they didn't have the foothold, it's that their execution in that market has been piss poor.  It's all well and good that we have a number of partners etc, but where is the ...more

as far as execution goes i would contest that it is much harder when a treatment or drug is still deemed a narcotic as far as doctors and them perscribing it to their patients.  now with medical leagalization a week away all the red tape falls away and access for patients and any hesitency for doctors to make a prescription gets alot less complicated i think there will be a solid uptick in ...more

agreed that the tail doesn't wag the dog, and in the case of LABS, I'd say that LABS is the flea on the tail so even smaller.  Certainly a micro-micro outfit like LABS does not get alot of attention at any level within a company like STADA, but what confuses me is that if STADA is #2 in oils and LABS claim to fame is oils and has an exclusive relationship with STADA, you'd like ...more

agree with most of that but when it was not legal like here in Canada, what were the sales in Canada before legalization ? yes doctors could prescribe it but they were few and far between  once leagalized doctors got on board but you could just go to your local pot store and buy them. i think its not possible to do that even with legalization you still have to get your doctor on board to ...more
