The obvious choice due to national ties would be Apotex, but that has not been confirmed by Labs. What do all defendants but one have in common?...an FDA approved facility for the production of cannabidol a.k.a CBD a.k.a epidiolex...to my knowledge no one but labs and Jazz can supply CBD API for the U.S pharmaceutical market.$$$$$$$$$

I havent dug that deep yet alleyesonme, but trying to connect the dots based on public disclosure has been interesting.  We know Medipharm has an FDA approved CBD facility, but I am not sure if some of the other big name defendants also hold the same distinction. mdjbrown...LABS as a CDMO for cananbis pharma API's, what if LABS is supplying the API's to TEVA and Apotex?  I don't see why that isn't possible....seems to me the FDA numbers you listed are close together and yes, they do issue those numbers in sequence.

mdj...thank you very much for clearing that up for me.   I agree, Apotex is a strong candidate and their association with pharmaceutical(s) company in China definitely makes them a global player.   I personally include TEVA in my list as well simply because TEVA was doing cannabis research and development in Israel before Canada legalized.

you could be right s1i.  Teva appears to be the first defendant to file an ANDA with the FDA in the fall of 2022, if ANDA numbers are issued in numerical order when they are received by the FDA. Teva filed ANDA No. 217508 API Pharma filed ANDA No. 217522 Padagis filed ANDA No. 215865   (assume this is a misprint and should state 217865) Apotex filed ANDA No. 217699 Lupin filed
