Cannabis plants are as a big a vacuum cleaner, pound for pound, for pulling CO2 out of the atmosphere as trees are....so why the high excise tax compared to alcohol and tobacco?  TRUDEAU IS A MORON.     WHY DID TRUDEAU IGNORE THE WARNINGS from Ministry of Natural Resources officials about how dry the forests were last year and start preparing for a bad fire season instead of ...more

Unfortunately, a lowered excise tax probably will NOT be retroactive, so those companies owing will stay have to pay which some may not be able to and will go into bankruptcy.  TRUDEAU IS A MORON.
