Cannabis plants are as a big a vacuum cleaner, pound for pound, for pulling CO2 out of the atmosphere as trees are....so why the high excise tax compared to alcohol and tobacco? TRUDEAU IS A MORON. Unfortunately, a lowered excise tax probably will NOT be retroactive, so those companies owing will stay have to pay which some may not be able to and will go into bankruptcy. TRUDEAU IS A MORON.
