anyways..interesting excerpt from the latest q4/Full year comentary by D.Pidduck that's particularlily interesting..

'we are now running both companies for almost 10% less than the cost of running MediPharm stand-alone in 2022. 2023 saw extensive restructuring that exceeded our VIVO synergy targets. Some of these synergies occurred later in the year and are not yet fully reflected in our annual or Q4 results.

 Go to the TMX website and LABS ticker symbol...look at Trade History and IT Virtu Group.   You will see within a couple of trading days very quickly of how when the price climbs up they throw small odd lots to bring the price down, in effect 'collaring' the stock price and keeping it in a tight range.   It's borderline illegal price manipulation.

On the other side, it keeps companies disciplined. If they raise money, they diluted themselves much more. I think this is why they are called virtu. Personally, like I said before, i'm still accumulating bit by bit, when I have money around.

thats the way 'they' do it, keep it low and accumulate..only way to take advantage of that is to take advantage of the conrolled price, even if you have to pay .5c more to beat the bots - .5c is nothing for where this is going.  If I had the monies right now, I'd buy up all the ask daily.   Not the biggest fan of Pidduck yet but he's exactly right, minumum fair market

ya, tmx money under 'trade history' (no membership needed..lately it's been tdsecurities they have boat loads of it on the cheaper). When this runs it will be very significant gains and it may keep running and running but when is anyone's guess. Lots of powerful interest not exactly thrilled with sharing the medical space with a cheap alternative medicine...that actually works

Hate to say it, but Big Pharma has little interest in medical cannabis. If you've been following recent purchases, Big Pharma is buying up nuclear medicine opportunities and radiopharmaceuticals for cancer treatments. Even psilocybin is getting some play. Cannabis isn't on their radar. LABS gonna have to find a way ro make money on their own.

You also have to realize that this kind of manipulation is only possible because the management team has been keeping a very low profile for years. There is hardly any information worth mentioning, especially in the pharmaceutical area, and I don't know whether Labs is still fulfilling its duty of disclosure or not

im sure that they are legaly speaking fullfilling all required disclosure protocolls having said that as far as long tearm shareholders are concerned the lack of follow up on some of the more positive things like the drobinol sales german leagalization  GMP certification for Brazil ETC. just on a free PR basis is worriesome.These are all amazing news related items that warrant a followup

Great post. Agree 100%. I'm also topped out. Averaged down. Now down to around .31. Won't put a cent more into Labs. The company is so incredibly quiet. We have to wait for a CC to know something? The CC was great and then we have a giant flop. If there are trials it would be nice to get an update; so many potential updates could be put out. And then we're also being collared

Thi is from Medipharm web. Multiple Randomized Controlled Trials have recently been approved by Health Canada featuring MediPharm products in indications such as Depression related sleep disorders, Post surgical pain treatment, and Opioid Sparing in chronic pain Anyone here knows which product they are, i don't think so, one of the problem with Labs is their I.R. Also a penny stock of $0,08

LABS does not have any late stage trials that will commercialized any time soon.  Simply look at the MD&A and LABS tells you all you need to know about that aspect of the business. If we're waiting for that to happen, we're all going to be waiting a VERY long time.

I also had that interrogation about who is going to pay for all these trial. In a previous Earning call, they address that. It is all paid for and not a worry for our cash reserve. Patience guys, if they make money, the price will follow.
