CDC: pasteurization of infected milk and 'grenade' effect

Pasteurization may have made the avian bird flu virus inert within milk but the fragments of DNA of that virus so too may 'appear' as being inert BUT only until another living organism within a human body adopts the 'coding' of that DNA fragment and within itself mutates creating another problem because of the 'grenade' effect.  

Please reference work conducted by Glaxo Smith Kline at University of Berkeley, California and their application of DNA segments being 'cut and paste', removing a defective DNA segment and replacing it with a healthy DNA segments within the scope of their work as it relates to cancer by utilizing not only CRISPR technology but spintronic based technology, very sensitive sensors, even more sensitive when constructed on a platform of graphene atoms.   That technology paid for by the Pentagon, capable of detecting cancer in human saliva in under 15 minutes but yet never deployed within the medical field.   Perhaps the CDC should approach the cancers at the Pentagon and request those spintronic based sensors be reconfigured to detect mutated anomalies within the human form that have now adopted DNA segments of avian bird flu and the problem explodes like a 'grenade' effect.   

I'm sure those cancerous focal points at the Pentagon will enjoy our grenade anology.   Now take a big gulp of that dairy based smooth milk shake and wash down your beef burger that wasn't properly cooked and if so properly cooked, wash down the DNA segments of bird flu into your gut microbiome.  

And so my personal final question for the CDC, understanding adoption of inert DNA segments by other living organisms, why have you or the FDA not informed the public of this risk but merely 'covering up' the real grenade risk.   

Deer milk is not an option either as a substitute, CWD prions required over 1100 degrees Celcius to be killed, well above pasteurization temperatures.
