If companies in the medical MJ buissness need FDA/DEA
( and I am assuming this because that's been the talk in here for a long time) to see any upside on the re-sceduoling of medical MJ. Then why are all the other pot stocks up by so much more than MPL.
Acording to what has been said in here unless you have the accreditation that MPL has you can't really monetize on any of this news????
I get that this is a first step to possibly the US federal government legalizing medical and the recreational MJ but as I see it we are far away from that happening especially if the Republicans hold any power in any of the 3 branches of government..
The Canopy Growth CEO mentioned that in the short tearm companies can now write off any reasearch expenses and it may lead to the nessecary changes to the banking act that will make it easier for Pot companies to borrow and deposit .
The other thing is that if you do get caught with pot and charged federally you won't get sentenced like if you were holding Heroine or Cocain but that doesn't help MJ companies.??!!
so again my question is why are all these MJ stocks up if you need the approvals MPL has to take advantage of these new changes in US policy???????
