Investor attitude toward management

I understand investors frustration. Our investments have been with no reward for a number of years. However, I believe some of us have been unfair to management. Nonetheless, I respect candor in discussions. There is no reason right now to doubt management, but let's be prudent.

The then what is enormous, new drug application most likely being held up due to the API being in schedule 1, I bet it's approved shortly after official change, furthermore FDA guidelines when released most likely will have strict regulations, that of which MPL is certified for, rescheduling as opposed to full legalization is a gift..massive state level business will remain under state law and

If you believe they have a NDA independent of the ANDA with the FDA, why not ask the company for clarification on that one item?  It would be interesting to get their feedback on what submission was made and by whom.  If it was submitted, the application is public record.

It's on the investors deck MD&A and was mentioned on the last CC.  Do I believe what they say...yes I do...clearly they can't discuss more otherwise they would..this is a fact I posted the sedan links and pages last week, why do you continue to deny this fact...MPL has a client/partner who've submitted and NDA..ANDA is another completely different venture..so is the 505b2

The investor deck says a good many things, including having forward looking cautionary notes among other statements that can be used to explain that not all statements made are as you clearly take them. As explained earlier, if you choose to believe that the investor deck which states that the business has partners in 'all phases', which includes NDA, ANDA etc, then very good, believe

LOL!!!!   Read the CC transcript...read the MD&A...!!!!!! They 100% have a client partner who has "submitted" a NEW DRUG application..your motives are questionable, this is undeniable!   Let me geuss? The earth is flat also?...back on ignore...

Ah yes, the CC and MD&A....here is a lesson in interpreting things differently (again).  You read the investor deck and the MD&A, see the letters NDA and immediately conclude that they have partners that have submitted that NDA. Indeed, page 9 of the most recent MD&A states: "MediPharm has international pharmaceutical partners who have referenced the DMF and finished goods

  I totally concur with you Q...... trying to read the tealeafs can be very dangerous. I held stock in a company that invented a detector during Covid, not a fly by night outfit they are in the industrial air sampling buissness ......so they announced they formed a partnership with Danby to produce the units as their facilities were not attiquit for ramp up. You have clearly shown that you do NOT err on the side of caution and peddle your version of truth without validation.  But by all means, ask the business about their NDA efforts (not ANDA) and share your results.

I think many of the investors here are well beyond frustrated.  For those who originally owned ABCANN which became VIVO, which was absorbed into Medipharm, we have seen management time and time again ensure their own benefit/prosperity before the shareholders.  Even now the senior management positions command a compensation well above the industry average for similar sized companies
